摘要
目的 :探讨益气养阴方治疗白血病的机制。方法 :用血清药理学法孵育人白血病细胞系K5 6 2细胞 ,用流式细胞仪检测bcl 2的表达 ,ABC免疫组化法检测突变型p5 3表达。结果 :益气养阴方可使K5 6 2细胞bcl 2和突变型 p5 3基因表达减少。结论 :益气养阴方治疗白血病的机制可能与bcl 2和突变型 p5
Objective: To explore the treating mechanism of leukemia with Yiqi Yangyin formula. Methods: Cell lines K562 with human leukemia were hatched by means of serological pharmacology. And then,bcl-2 gene and mutant p53 gene expression on cell lines K562 in rats' serum were examined by flow cytometry and ABC immunohistochemic. Results: Yiqi Yangyin formula down-regulated the expression of bcl-2 gene and mutant p53 gene on the cell lines K562. Conclusions: The functional mechanisms of Yiqi Yangyin formula may be related to the decrease of the expression of bcl-2 and mutant p53 gene.
