摘要
采用跳台法及复杂水迷宫法,观察茶氨酸对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。结果表明,一定剂量的茶氨酸可缩短正常小鼠在复杂水迷宫内抵达终点的时间,减少错误次数;可延长记忆获得障碍小鼠在跳台中首次错误的出现时间,减少错误次数。结论:茶氨酸具有提高学习和记忆能力的功能。
Water-maze and step-down method were used to test whether theanine would affect Mice's learning and memorialcapabilities. The test turned out with the results that certain dosage of theanine would shorten the time to reach the final in thewater maze and reduce the mistakes as well. The theanine could also extend the time of memory so as to significantly lessen themistakes. Therefore, the conclusion could be made that the theanine could help the mice to improve their learning and memorialcapabilities.
