摘要
冠心病伴心力衰竭患者血清FT3 水平显著降低 ,与射血分数呈正相关。冠心病患者血清FT3 水平下降并不是冠脉病变的直接后果 ,而与心功能障碍有关。
FT 3 level was significantly decreased in the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) accompanied by heart failure, and it was positively correlated with ejection fraction. The decrease of FT 3 level in CHD patients did not result directly from coronary artery lesion, but was related to cardiac dysfunction.
