摘要
目的 :研究通络注射液对大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法 :大鼠静脉给药后 ,分别测定其凝血时间、血液粘度及红细胞变形能力等指标。结果 :通络注射液可以显著延长大鼠的凝血时间 ,降低全血粘度 ,改善红细胞变形能力。结论
Objective: To study the effects of Tongluo injection on hemorrheology in rats. Method: Given rats Tongluo injection intravenously, we determined coagulation time, whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte deformability.Results: Tongluo injection could prolong coagulation time, decrease whole blood viscosity and promote erythrocyte deformability. Conclusion: Tongtuo injection could promote hemorrheology, which maybe one of the mechanism of Tongluo injection on curing cerebral infarction.
