摘要
目的:研究抗血栓片对大鼠体外血栓形成和血液流变学的影响。方法:采用大鼠颈动脉和颈静脉短路进行体外血栓形成,通过灌胃给予不同剂量的抗血栓片,观察连续给药2周后对其血栓形成的影响,以及对全血黏度(WBV)、血浆黏度(PV)及红细胞压积(HCT)的影响。结果:抗脑血栓片可剂量依耐性地减少体外血栓的干、湿重,并能同时降低全血黏度。结论:抗血栓片可通过抑制血栓形成,降低血液黏度,改善血液流变学而发挥活血化淤作用,可能是其治疗心脑血管疾病的主要机制之一。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Kangxueshuan tablets(KXT) on the thrombosis of rats in vitro and blood viscosity in rats. METHODS To make the bypass between arteria cervicalis and vena cervicalis, and prepared the vitro-thrombus in rats by thread-embolism method. The thrombus of dry and wet weight were measured by weighting, plasma viscosity (PV) and blood viscosity were measured by Brookfield DV-Ⅲ + RHEOMETER rotational viscometer, and haemat (HCT) was detected by Sysmex kx-21 cytoanalyze. RESULTS The Kangxueshuan tablets could significantly reduce the weight of the thrombus and the blood viscosity in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION The results showed that Kangxueshuan tablets could decrease the weight of the thrombus and improve the blood viscosity, and it might be the mechanism for treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular disease.
