摘要
本文以某工业离心压缩机中间级叶轮为研究对象,采用响应面方法对其进行优化设计。为减少计算成本,将设计变量适当分组,分别进行叶片形状优化和子午型线优化。结果表明,此方法切实可行,得到的设计结果与原始叶轮相比,性能有较大改进。
An optimal design for a ceatrifugal impeller is performed with the response surface method
(RSM). To reduce the computational cost, the design variables are grouped suitably, the shape of the
blade and the meridional are optimized respectively. Finally a middle stage impeller of an industrial
cenirifugal compressor is redesign to validate this optimal design method. Compared with the initial
impeller, the performance of the redesigned impeller has been improved significatly.
