摘要
本文介绍一种用比色法定量植物油中的含磷量,从磷的含量计算出卵磷脂的量,再给出磷脂的百分含量.在本方法中用样量是0.05~0.1克,灰化温度700℃~800℃、灰化时间2小时,在700μm波长下测光密度.在不同植物油中加入KH_3PO_4的回收范围:91.0~104.7%.加入卵磷脂的回收范围:87.2~101.9%.在不同炼制水平的菜油中加入KH_2PO_4的回收范围93.5~104.5%.
A Colorimetric method for measuring the content of phosphorus in plant oils is described.The content of lecithin is calculated from the content of phos phorus, then the percen tage of phos phatides can be given. The quantity of sample used in this method is 0.05-0.1g.The ashing temperature is 700℃-800℃ and the time for ashing is 2 hours. The measurement is carried out at 700μm.
The recovery rate for potassium orthophosphate added in different plant oils is 91.0-104.7%, for lecithin 82.7-101.9% and for potasium orthophosphate in rapeseed oil of different refining level is 93.5-104.5%.
