摘要
本文就杂交水稻花培育种的技术、程序和主要进展进行了综述,包括花培技术、花粉植株遗传、纯合选优育种和“三系”、“两系”的提纯等,尤其阐述了我国花药培养与杂种优势利用相结合的特色。
Technique, Pattern and wain advances in the area of hybrid rice breeding through anther - culture are reviewed in the paper. In details, anther - culture technique, genetics of pollen plantlets, breeding via homozygosity, Purification of the 3-lines and the 2-lines of hybird rice, and especially, features of combning anther-culture with heterosis in china are presented.
