人卵泡液中白血病抑制因子浓度及其对卵母细胞发育的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :探讨人卵泡液中是否存在白血病抑制因子(LIF)及其对卵母细胞发育的影响 .方法 :采用ELISA法检测6 6例体外受精 -胚胎移植患者取卵日卵泡液及其血清中LIF浓度 ,分析卵泡液中LIF浓度与卵母细胞发育的关系 .结果 :6 6份卵泡液中LIF浓度为 (2 8.5± 1 3.1 )ng/L ,血清LIF浓度为 (3.0± 1 .5 )ng/L ,差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而且两者间无相关性 (r=0 .1 91 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ) .含成熟卵母细胞的卵泡液中LIF浓度为 (33.7± 1 1 .1 )ng/L ,含未成熟卵母细胞的卵泡液LIF浓度为 (1 8.0± 1 0 .5 )ng/L ,两者比较差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1 ) .结论 :卵泡液中存在较高浓度的LIF ,其对卵母细胞发育有促进作用 . AIM: To investigate whether leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF) exists in human follicular fluid(FF) and its effects on human oocytes. METHODS: Enzyme linked immunosobent assay was used to determine the levels of LIF in FF obtained during oocyte pick up and in the serum in 66 cases of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer, and the relationship between the levels of LIF in FF and the oocyte development was analyzed. RESULTS: The levels of LIF in FF and serum in 66 cases were 28.5±13.1 ng/L and 3.0±1.5 ng/L , respectively, the difference was very significant ( P <0.01). And there also was no relationship between them. The levels of LIF in FF from which matured oocyts were obtained was 33.7±11.1 ng/L,and the levels of LIF in FF from which unmatured oocyts were obtained was 18.0±10.5 ng/L,the difference between them was very significant ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: There is very high level of LIF in human FF, and the LIF can improve oocyte development.
