摘要
从水稻的成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织,通过分化培养基的再诱导,产生体细胞胚胎(胚状体)。培养条件对胚状体的形成是很重要的。胚状体发生过程中,形成胚原细胞;原胚;球形胚;心形胚;以及不很明显的鱼雷胚(或梨形胚)等形态。胚原细胞可以单个发生,也可群体发生,因此可以形成胚胎群。
The callus from mature embryo of rice, induced by the medium for differentiation, developed somatic embryos. The cultural conditions are important for embryogenesis. During somatic embryogenesis, embryo initial cell, proembryo, globular embryo, heart-shape embryo and unidentified shuttle-shape embryo (or pear-shape embryo) occured, Because the embryo initial cell occured singly or in group it could from the embryo groups.
