摘要
目的 评价结肠镜高频电切除大肠息肉的安全性和效果。方法 5 1例患者经结肠镜检查发现大肠息肉 ,病理检查后对息肉进行高频电凝切除。结果 息肉主要分布在左半结肠 84 .4 % (6 5 / 77)。病理检查以腺瘤为主5 1 .9% (2 8/ 5 4 )。77颗息肉全部电凝切除 ,术中出血 6例 1 1 .8% (6 / 5 1 ) ;术后腹痛 1例 2 .0 % (1 / 5 1 ) ;全部 5 1例患者无迟发的活动性出血 ,无穿孔发生。回收的息肉病理检查有 2例癌变。结论 高频电切除术治疗大肠息肉安全有效 ,患者耐受性好 。
Objective To evaluate the safety and the efficacy of high frequency electrotomy on the colonoscope excising colorectal polyps.Methods Fifty one patients had colorectal polyps diagnosed with the colonoscope.All colorectal polyps were excised with high frequency electrotomy after pathologic inspection.Results The polyps distributed mainly on left sided colon(84.4%,65/77).The main pathological type of the polyps was adenoma(51.9%,28/54).All seventy seven polyps were excised with high frequency electrotomy.Six patients had bleeding during operation (11.8%,6/51).One patient had abdominal pain after operation 2.0%(1/51).All patient had not active delayed bleeding and perforation after endoscopic therapy.Pathologic inspection found two polyps to be malignant in all retrievable polyps.Conclusion High frequency eletrotomy is a safe,effective and well tolerated treatment for colorectal polyps.It should be considered as a first line therapy for colorectal polyps.
