摘要
我国基础设施建设滞后已成为制约经济高速增长的"瓶颈",民营经济参与投资BOT项目不失为一种解决当前我国基础设施建设资金不足的重要途径。目前,在民营经济参与投资BOT项目过程中还存在着观念、体制、信用和法律等方面的障碍,针对这些障碍提出了一些促进民营经济参与BOT项目的对策和措施。
Infrastructure construction has becoma the bottleneck that restricts Chinese economy from rapid growth. Private investment in BOT projects is a good solution to capital shortage. The main problems that prevent private economy from investing in BOT projects are barriers of opinions, systems , trust and legal barriers. Against these problems, we present some measures as well to promote the development of private economic investment in BOT projects.
