Research on Controllable Risk Management in Infrastructure BOT Projects

摘要 在无法把握BOT项目的不可控制风险的情况下,如何减小或避免可控制风险就显得犹为重要。为增强对可控制风险管理的有效性,在对可控制风险进行界定的基础上提出了按风险发生的时间阶段进行重点管理的方法和风险分解的管理方法,并对这两种方法进行了论述。 How to avoid or reduce the controllable risk is the most important thing in the BOT project, under the condition that it is hard to grasp those uncontrollable risks. In order to strengthen the management efficiency on controllable risk, two methods including managing according to the time stage and managing based on decomposing the risk are purposed, based on the definition of controllable risk. At last, these two methods are also discussed.
