摘要
探讨了调度自动化系统与电力市场支持系统之间的相互关系。就华北电网调度自动化系统中存在的一些可能影响电力市场支持系统正常运行的技术及管理问题,进行了讨论和说明。同时为今后华北电网有限公司电力市场支持系统的建设以及网调自动化系统(如EMS,电能量计量系统)中存在的问题提出了建议。
This paper describes major functions of the automation systems of control center in Power Market. The relationship between the automation system of control center and the operation system of Power Market is discussed. Some technical and management problems existing in the control center automation system in North China Power Grid which could affect the proper operation of the Power Market are also discussed. Some suggestions for establishing the North China Power Market and modifying the automation systems of North China Power Control Center are provided.
