介绍电力市场中技术支持系统的总体结构，它包括三个系统：扩展的能量管理系统、合同管理及电量记费系统和信息发布及市场管理系统。这三个系统是相互关联并缺一不可的，是电力市场赖以存在的技术基础。在电力市场运营模式选择过程中，应充分考虑技术支持系统。
In this paper the basic structure of the technical supporting system in electricity market is presented. There are three systems included in this supporting system: Extended Energy Management System, Energy Accounting and Billing System, Information and Market Management System.
