对人力资源贡献价值研究的重要意义和对人力资源贡献率的测算以及人力资源贡献价值计量等内容作了系统的论述。并对人力资源贡献率模型和计量模型进行了实证检验和分析。
The author discusses the significance of research on human resource value and the measurement of human resource value and human resource's contribution radio. It helps us to know and (comprehend) the content and the importance of human resource value well.
