摘要
介绍了在VC悬浮聚合中添加碳酸钙填料和热稳定剂,合成可直接用于加工成型的PVC专用粉料的开发工作。研究无机填料和热稳定剂对VC悬浮聚合过程、PVC结构和性能的影响,为合成不含CPE的硬质PVC专用料的工业化提供技术基础。
By adding calcium carbonate filler and thermal stabilizer in the VC polymerization processing,PVC special-use resins ready for processing were synthesis.Influences of the addition of inorganic filler and thermal stabilizer on the polymerization process,structure and properties of PVC were investigated,which would provide base for the produce PVC special-use resin with no CPE impact modifier in industrial scale.
