摘要 对纳米CaCO3采用脂肪酸处理和钛酸酯偶联剂处理,分别制备了聚丙烯,纳米CaCO3复合材料(SⅠ)和SⅡ),考察了不同处理方法和纳米CaCO3含量对复合材料抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明,随着ψ(CaCO3)的增加,试样的V形和U形缺口冲击强度有所提高;当ψ(CaCO3)大于1.0%后,SⅡ的V形缺口冲击强度明显高于SⅠ,而表面处理对U形缺口冲击强度的影响不太明显。 Two kinds of polypropylene (PP)/nano-CaCO3 composites, denoted as SI and SII, were developed. The former was filled with nano-CaCO3 treated by fatty acid and the latter was filled with nano-CaCO3 treated by titanate coupling agent. The effects of different treatment methods and nano-CaCO3 content on impact property of the composites were examined. The results show that as volume fraction of the nano-CaCO3 rises, the V-shape notched and U-shape notched impact strength of SI and SII specimen increase to a certain extent. When the volume fraction is higher than 1.0%, the V-shape notched impact strength of SII specimen is obviously higher than that of SI. The influence of surface treatment of the nano-CaCO3 on the U-shape notched impact strength is insignificant.
