摘要
长吻鮠人工配合饲料中，鱼粉的含量高达６０％以上，饲料成本很高。本文报导以沙棘果渣单细胞蛋白部份替代饲料中的鱼粉饲养长吻 鱼种的实验结果，并对单细胞蛋白能否用于配合饲料作出综合评述。
The inclusion level of fish meal in practical diets for long snout catfish (Leiocassis longirostris Gunther) fingerlings was over 60%, thus it is costly. Experimental results of partial replaceme nt of fish meal by single cell protein from sea buckthorn (al results of rhamnoides ) fruit waste in diets for long snout catfish (Leiocassis longirostris Gunther)fingerlings were reported. The possibility of using single cell protein in practical diets for fish was comprehensivly evaluated.
