摘要
在对三峡电力系统及电网内大型水电站特性分析的基础上,以提高水电站群整体调峰能力为目标,建立了水电站群优化补偿调度计算模型;并应用该模型对三峡电力系统水电站群与三峡电站联合运行进行了优化补偿调度研究。引入了水电站群“电能价值最高”的概念,为优化目标的度量和优化模型的建立奠定了基础。研究结果表明,三峡电力系统大型水电站群 与三峡电站之间存在明显的优化补偿效益,在优化补偿调度方式下,水电站群的整体调峰能力有明显提高。
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of Three Gorges power system and the large scale hydropower station group within Three Gorges power system and with the purpose of increasing the integrative peak load regulation capability of the hydropower station group, a calculation model for optimum compensating dispatching of hydropower station group is established. Using this model the optimum compensating dispatching in the cooperation of Three Gorges hydropower station with the hydropower station group within the Three Gorges power system is studied. Here, giving out the concept of 'the highest value of electrical energy' lies the foundation to weigh the optimization objective and to establish the optimization model. The research results show that there exists evident effect from optimum compensation between Three Gorges hydropower station and the large scale step hydropower station group within Three Gorges power system, and under the optimum compensating dispatching mode the integrative peak load regulating capability can be considerably improved.
