乳腺癌的靶向治疗 被引量：5

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,人们迫切需要采用新的治疗方法(包括新药)来提高患者的生存率及生活质量。分子靶向治疗在肿瘤治疗中的地位逐渐上升,成为肿瘤治疗的一个热点。目前已有多种分子靶向治疗的药物应用于乳腺癌的治疗或正在试验阶段,如赫赛汀、Iressa、细胞周期调节蛋白抑制剂、COX蛳2(环氧化酶蛳2)抑制剂、PKC(蛋白激酶C)抑制剂等。根据不同的作用靶点对目前应用于临床和处于试验阶段的有关乳腺癌的分子靶向治疗进行介绍。
