摘要
区域经济增长收敛假说自提出以来在经济学界产生了持久的影响并存在争议 ,经济学家们进行了大量的经验研究 ,但这一理论假说并没有因此失去其生命力 ,而是获得了进一步的充实和发展。对中国区域经济增长的经验研究表明 :1978～ 1990年 ,存在σ收敛格局 ,而 1990年以后不存在σ收敛 ;1978～ 2 0 0 0年 ,存在条件 β收敛趋势 ,但在收敛速度的测算上存在较大差距 ,且与发达国家的收敛速度相差甚远 ;绝对 β收敛趋势存在与否也存在着争议 ;普遍认为区域经济增长的俱乐部收敛现象在我国开始显现 ,但在其产生的原因上 ,观点有所不同。
Since the hypothesis of regional economic growth convergence was put forward, economists have been doing much more empirical research to testify its reality, and thus have enriched and developed the theories in this area. Empirical study on regional economic growths in China suggests that a σ convergence only exists from 1978～1990 and disappears after 1990 to 2000. It also suggest that from 1978 to 2000 there exists a β convergence with its expected convergence speed different from the real speed and those convergence speeds of advanced countries, though there are disputes about the existence of an absolute β convergence. The other suggestion is that there are different opinions about the origin of the club convergence which is emerging in China.
