摘要
N-月桂酰肌氨酸钠是一种新型的性能优良的氨基酸类表面活性剂,应用范围广泛,但国内还处于中试研发阶段,为此,综述了N-月桂酰肌氮酸钠的合成工艺、产品分析测试方法和应用领域的最新进展,为使实验室成果走向工业化提供参考。
Sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate is a new type of amino acid surfactant with good performance. It is widely used in many fields, but it's still in the stage of research and development at home. Progress on the preparation, analysis and application of sodium N-lauroyl sarcosinate in recent years are reviewed in this paper to proviole references for industrilization of the product from laboratary research.
