摘要
物理所2×1.7MV串列加速器已正常运行8年。主机稳定、束流传输较好,将自制潘宁离子源与原机上的860型溅射负离子源配合,已引出并使用的有H、He、Li、O、F、Ti等30多种元素的各价态离子。在使用过程中发展了背散射、沟道技术、质子激发X射线分析、核反应分析、弹性反冲分析等多种分析手段和MeV级扫描离子注入系统:μm束探测系统以及相应的管道、靶室、数据采集和处理系统。该机已服务和支持了国内外26所大学和20多个研究所100多个课题的研究工作,提供16000多个有效机时。
A 2×1.7MV tandem accelerator has been used for 8 years in the Institute of Physics. By using a self-made PIG ion source and a 860 type sputter negative ion source, more than 30 ion species with varous charge states have been utilized. Since 1983, many techniques and methods have been developed, including PIXE, NRA, RBS, Channeling, ERD, MeV implantation, microanalysis, and their related beam lines, target chambers, data acquisition and processing system etc. This multifunctional system has supported more than 100 projects for 26 Universities and 20 Institutes. The machine has been run for more than 16000 working hours.
