摘要
在综合分析文献工作的基础上,研究了阿尔茨海默氏痴呆治疗药物———奈非西坦的合成。通过优化反应条件,研究副产物的结构和形成机理,避免了副产物的生成和强碱性试剂的使用,提高了奈非西坦的收率。
Nefiracetam is one of the efficient drugs for therapy of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The synthesis of Nefiracetam is studied on the basis of analysis of literature's work. A simple and reasonable synthetic method available for industrial use is found after studying the reaction conditions and mechanism.
