摘要
以铝阳极氧化膜为模板制备纳米金属材料具有独特的优越性,尤其是其巨磁阻的特性颇受人们关注,近年来研究取得较大进展。本文详述了以铝阳极氧化膜为模板制备各种有序纳米阵列结构材料并获得巨磁阻的研究进展,其中包括铝阳极氧化膜的工艺过程及获得巨磁阻的一般工艺流程。最后对以铝阳极氧化膜为模板获得巨磁阻的研究前景进行了展望。
Nano metal materials made by electro-deposition on aluminum anode oxide(AAO) film has unique superiority over other materials. The characteristics of giant magnetic resistance has especially drawn people's attention and has been researched deeply in recent years. The preparation of different ordering nanomaterials of array structure by giant magnetic resistance(GMR) using electro-deposition on AAO film is described in details. The research prospect of GMR using electro-deposition on AAO film is forecasted.
