“协同政府”:新公共管理改革的新阶段 被引量：112

摘要 “协同政府”是上个世纪 90年代中后期以来西方国家新公共管理改革实践的新趋势 ,也是英国新工党政府改革的主要内容之一 ,本文重点介绍了英国“协同政府”产生的背景、主要做法及其特点。
