摘要
本文通过大量的例证 ,论述了知识经济的实质内容和特征 ,特别强调知识管理在知识经济中的作用。知识经济更多地是依靠知识的参与 ,而不是生产要素的消耗。有效的知识管理是实现知识经济的关键。
The essential contents and characteristics of knowledge economy were discussed with the large numbers of illustrations,and the actions of knowledge management were emphasized especially.The knowledge economy depends on the participating of knowledge more than the cost of production requisites.The effectual knowledge management is the key of achieving of knowledge economy.
