社会网络中的知识传递 被引量：22

摘要 文章主要研究了社会网络与知识传递之间的关系。通过深入分析,我们认为社会网络中联系的力量、网络规模、网络位置、以及网络范围与种类都会影响知识传递;同时不同类型的知识需要不同的网络路径以便实现有效传递。在这些结论的基础上,我们提出了两种不同战略联合战略与联结战略,还讨论了有关的管理与政策建议。
