摘要
滇池流域保护地西芹氮磷钾不同配比试验研究表明:与农民习惯施肥量相比,在氮磷化肥减量38.4%-87.4%不会导致西芹减产。适宜的氮磷钾比例和用量能降低西芹食用部分硝酸盐含量,提高西芹产品品质,减少土壤中硝酸盐残留260.2-416.4 mg/kg,从而减少因硝酸盐流失导致的滇池水体污染风险,土壤硝酸盐在生长中后期达到最高值。减少氮磷用量65%,能提高氮肥利用率8%,提高磷肥利用率4%。
In this paper, protective cultivation of celery in different fertilization treatments is studied. The results indicate that compared with conventional fertilization, the reduction of 38.4%-87.4% N and P does not bring about celery yield decline. A fitting proportion of N, P and K can improve celery's qualities, reduce its nitrate in edible part, and reduce nitrate in soil from 260.2 mg/kg to 416.4 mg/kg. The risk of Dianchi lake pollution of N and P running off is decreased. In middle and later stage, the nitrate in soil arrives at a peak. In the case of reducing N and P 65%, NUE is increased by 8%, PUE is increased by 4%.
