摘要
以重瓣丝石竹无菌苗营养芽为材料,研究了重瓣丝石竹试管花的直接诱导及其影响因子。结果表明:外源细胞分裂素是重瓣丝石竹试管花形成的必需因子,BAP低浓度对试管花形成有诱导作用,但较高浓度会抑制花的形成,促进营养芽的分化;ZT 1.5mg/L对营养芽分化花芽效果最好。在ZT作用下,MET较显著地提高了重瓣丝石竹花芽的分化率。在诱导培养基中只加1/2 NH4NO3或不加NH4NO3,有利于重瓣丝石竹花芽的分化和发育。在重瓣丝石竹花前期,重瓣丝石竹茎段外植体在开花诱导中表现有明显的成花生理梯度。
Flowers in vitro have been induced directly from shoots of Gypsophila paniculata L. Cytokinin is a decisive factor for flowering in vitro. In the MS medium containing BAP 0.1-1.5 mg/L or ZT 0.1-1.5mg/L the vegetative shoot differentiated to form flower buds. With the effect of ZT paclobutrazol promoted the floral formation markedly. Flowering frequence was enhanced in the modified MS medium with 1/2 NH4NO3 content or without NH4NO3. During the inductive culture the floral gradient existed in the shoot explants of C. paniculata Lexcised at the initial reproductive stage.
