摘要
通过电镜观察,单独接种的番茄植株细胞内发现灰霉病菌菌丝,而对照及用SN06处理的番茄植株细胞内未发现灰霉病菌菌丝. 单独用SN06处理的番茄植株结构与对照植株没有差别,叶绿体、线粒体均保持完整结构. 接种前用SN06处理番茄植株与接种后用SN06处理番茄植株相比,番茄植株受灰霉病菌的破坏作用不同,接种前处理效果更好.
Hyphae were observed in cells of tomato leaves inoculated by Botrytis cinerea, but not in cells of tomato leaves treated by activity SN06 purified from fermentation of streptomyces rimosus. And chloroplast and mitochondrion are healthy in cells of tomato leaves treated by activity SN06. The protection effect of activity SN06 on tomatoes treated with SN06 before inoculation is better than that after inoculation.
