摘要
通过对陕西民办高等教育事业现状的分析,找出影响陕西民办高等教育事业发展的潜在危机,进而有针对性的提出陕西民办高等教育发展的新思路,即:拥有万人以上在校学生的民办大学,要牢牢抓住提高教育质量这一办学之根本,打造名牌民办高校;5000人以上学校,以规模求发展壮大自己的实力,为做强奠定基础;其余学校,将以为地方、区域服务为目标,不断扩大学校规模,从而使陕西民办高等教育事业进入良性循环轨道。
Based on analysis, the author points out the potential crisis which affect the non-governmental highter education in Shaanxi, and then provides new way out.To build up well-known non-governmental higher institutions with over 10000 students, we should lay emphasis on the teaching quality.Colleges with over 5000 students can reinforce its strength by scale, which can lay the foundation for getting stronger; other colleges should expand their scales by setting their goals to serve the local communities by carrying out flexible and diversified educational policies.Thus non-governmental higher education in Shaanxi can develop smoothly.
