摘要
民办大学在学校自治方面占有比较优势。比较优势的动态性和内生性特点要求民办大学必须牢牢把握自己的比较优势,化比较优势为竞争优势,促进自身的可持续发展。在比较优势原则的指导下,我国民办大学应建立更加科学而规范的内部管理体制;应准确定位,大胆创新,办出特色;应提高服务质量,给高等教育市场提供多样化的选择;应适度扩大学校办学规模,营造民办大学规模优势。
Private universities have comparative advantages in terms of self-governing. The innate and dynamic characteristic of comparative advantage makes it necessary for private universities to make use of this advantage, change it into a comparative one and to create more comparative advantage. In the guidance of comparative advantage, the Chinese private universities should establish a more scientific and standard administrative system; have an appropriate orientation; give priority to vocational education, and have constant innovation and their characteristics. They should elevate their service level and provide the talent market with a variety of choices. Private universities should at the same time enlarge their enrollment to an appropriate scale to reach the scale advantage of provide universities.
