摘要
35CrMo合金钢是铁道机车车辆中广泛使用的材料.本文介绍了在MTS伺服闭环系统上用控制应变的低周疲劳试验测定该材料的应变疲劳材质参数,得到了单调拉伸与循环稳定的应力一应变曲线和应变一寿命曲线.列表给出了35CrMo合金钢的全部应变疲劳参数和相应的静力参数,可供设计、选材和寿命估算时使用.
35CrMo alloy steel is widely used in locomotive manufacturing.Strain fatigue parameters are determined by strain controlling low cycle fatigue experiments with MTS in the paper.Uniaxial tensile and cycle stability stress-strain curves as well as strain-life curves are obtained.The paper also lists all the strain fatigue and static param-eters of 35CrMo steel.All these are helpful to designing, selecting and life prediction of the material.
