摘要
环境权的主体是环境法学界研究的主要问题,争论的焦点是环境权的主体有哪些?后代人和自然体是不是环境权的主体?我们认为,环境权的主体是人、组织、国家,后代人和自然体不应成为环境权的主体。
The environmental rights body is a focus for the research into the environmental laws.The main contention is:What are the main parts of envronmental rights?Whether the unborm and the natural substance are the main body of envionmental rights?We got the conclusion that the main body of environmental rights are human,organization and country,the unborn generation and the natural substance are not the main body of environmental rights.
