摘要
完善警察权力监督机制,是建立行之有效的警察权力运行机制的关键。目前,我国对警察 权力的监督还存在着一些不尽人意的地方,因此,对我国警察权力监督的现状进行评析,分析我国在警 察权力运行方面存在的诸多问题以及建立完善的警察权力监督的多元化体系,在当前显得尤为必要。
To perfect the supervisory mechanism of the police power is crucial to erecting an effective operating mechanism of the police power. There are still some dissatisfactory aspects in the supervision on the police power at present. So it's necessary to evaluate the status quo of the supervision on the police power, analyse the problems in the operation of the police power and set up a plural supervision system of the police power.
