摘要
在中国现有的旅行社市场格局中,中小规模的旅行社占绝大多数,而中小旅行社在产品开发、品牌竞争、成本管理等方面都处于明显的劣势地位,这极大地制约了国内旅行社整体竞争力的提高。本文在深入分析中小旅行社竞争劣势的基础上,从五大方面提出了创新对策,以期促进中小旅行社的持续、健康发展。
Among the structure of domestic travel agency industry, the middle and small scale ones occupy the major part, but they stay at poor condition in many aspects, such as the exploitation of new products, brand competition and cost management, which restrict Chinese travel agency industry' enhancing its whole competitiveness. Based on analyzing the main disadvantages of middle and small scale travel agencies, from five perspectives the paper puts forward several methods of running innovation, in order to assure that the middle and small scale travel agencies can realize sustainable and health development.
