摘要 目的 为了解高原部队消毒灭菌工作质量 ,促进高原部队消毒灭菌工作不断发展 ,为官兵提供符合国家标准的消毒灭菌物品。方法 采用化学监测 (包外指示胶带、包内指示卡 )、生物监测 (指示剂和细菌培养 )、工艺监测的方法 ,设定不同海拔高度、不同温度时间灭菌效果观察。结果 海拔高度不同 ,灭菌温度、时间不同 ,消毒灭菌的结果也有所不同 ;化学指示胶带和指示卡显示 ,在海拔高度 >32 0 0 m、灭菌温度 <12 7℃、时间 2 0 m in时 ,化学反应变色无一例达到标准黑色 ;生物监测有细菌生长。结论 高原地区压力蒸汽灭菌时 ,其温度、时间以及操作程序都可能是影响高原地区消毒灭菌质量的因素。 OBJECTIVE In order to understand the quality of disinfection in plateau troops,continually improve their disinfection work and provide them disinfectant articles which measure up to national criterion,we have dynamically investigated the disinfection working conditions of plateau troops at certain points that they are located in highland from 3 200 m to 4 800 m. METHODS Adopted three methods of chemical monitor (indicator tape,indicator card in bag ),biomedical monitor (indicator and bacterial culturing ) and technical monitoring,we have investigated the effects at different elevation with different temperature and time of disinfection. RESULTS The result showed that the effects were different at dissimilar elevation,with different temperature and time of disinfection. The reacting of chemical indicator tapes and cards showed that none of them attained the standard black above sea level 3 200 m with disinfection temperature below 127℃ and less than 20 minutes. The bacteria culturing showed that the amount of the bacteria increased a lot. CONCLUSIONS We consider that when disinfecting at plateau areas with steam pressure method,the temperature,time and operating procedure are probably all the factors affecting the disinfection quality.
