摘要
目的探讨洁芙柔洗手消毒液用于术前手消毒的效果。方法将参加手术的医生、护士按参加手术顺序的单双号随机分成两组,各100例。单数组选择洁芙柔洗手消毒液,配合规范的“六步洗手法”进行术前外科洗手消毒为洁芙柔组。双数组采用传统无菌刷先刷洗后用诗乐氏消毒手臂法为传统组。结果两组人员消毒后手的消毒效果均达到国家卫生部《消毒技术规范》标准。结论洁芙柔外科洗手消毒法流程简便,经济实惠,对皮肤刺激小,消毒效果好,宜在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To explore effect of preoperative hand sterilization by using the series of Jiefurou sterilization. Methods The involved doctors and nurses were divided into two groups randomly. In Jiefurou group, the series of Jiefurou sterilization liquid was selected to perform preoperative washing hand and sterilization combining with normative “six-step methods for washing hand”. In control group, the traditional method of using Shileshi for arm disinfection after brushing was taken. Results After disinfection, the effect of the two groups hand disinfection both came up to the level of “the regulation for disinfection technique” issued by National Health Ministry. Conclusion The Jiefurou surgical sterilization is suitable for popularizing in the grass roots hospitals for it has simple procedure, advantage of economy, less stimulation to skin and good disinfection effect.
