摘要
目的 为了解我院医院感染基本情况 ,为进一步制定医院感染监控措施、有效开展目标性监测提供依据。方法 采用横断面调查的方法 ,对 2 0 0 3年 8月 6日的住院患者进行了医院感染现患率调查 ,并将资料进行汇总、整理、统计分析。结果 被调查的 90 5例患者发生医院感染 71人 ,现患率 7.85 % ,发生医院感染部位 78例次 ,医院感染例次现患率为 8.6 2 % ;呼吸道感染占首位 (5 2 .5 6 % ) ,其次为胃肠道感染 (17.95 % ) ;日抗菌药物使用率6 9.94 % ,以一联用药 (6 5 .4 0 % )和二联用药 (31.4 4 % )为主。结论 加强重点科室的目标性监测 ,加强抗菌药物使用的管理 ,控制医院感染的发生。
OBJECTIVE To provide evidences for working out methods of nosocomial infection surveillance on the basis of investigation of nosocomial infection in our hospital. METHODS With a method of transversal sectional investigation,choosing the Aug 6,2003 as the section plane,we investigated all this day′s hospitalized patients,sorted out and analyzed the nosocomial infection cases. RESULTS Of total 905 cases,71 cases had nosocomial infection with an infection rate 7.85%,and 78 infected sites (8.62%) existed . Of all the nosocomial infection cases,the respiratory infection was 52.59%,the gastrointestinal infection was 17.95%. The antibiotic use rate was 69.94%,from them 65.40% with a single antibiotic and 31.44% with two antibiotics combined. CONCLUSIONS By strengthening the surveillance of high risk departments and the management of antibiotic use the nosocomial infection control could be improved.
