摘要
目的 对新型防回吸齿科手机通过在手机内部冷却水和冷却气管道内安装逆止阀等特殊装置来防止回吸现象发生的有效性进行临床细菌学评价。方法 选取防回吸手机和常规手机各 10支 ,分别编为防回吸手机组和常规手机组 ,以临床去龋备洞和开髓为实验对象 ,采用同牙磨转法 ,检测回吸导致的综合治疗台水路系统的污染及冷却水雾细菌的污染。结果 防回吸手机连接的水路系统细菌量明显低于常规手机组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,防回吸手机冷却水雾中的细菌量也明显低于常规手机 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 防回吸手机在临床的运用有利于防止综合治疗台水路系统的污染 ,确能减少交叉感染的危险性 ,有较高的临床推广价值。
OBJECTIVE Microorganisms taken up and expelled by dental high-speed handpieces represent a potential source of cross-infection in dental departments. Many laboratory studies have demonstrated that antisuction handpiece was effective in preventing suction,but few clinical researches on it were reported. The objective of this study is to determine the effectiveness of antisuction handpiece on hospital contamination control. METHODS Normal handpieces (no antisuction) as a contrast to antisuction handpiece were used. They are used clinically every day,especially they are directed to every same tooth,which is to prepare cavity or penetrate pulp chamber. The baseline was kept on the same level through rotating two kinds of handpieces under the same environment. After 7 days,the amount of bacteria in the cooling water and dental unit waterlines (DUWLs) was compared between two kinds of handpieces. RESULTS The spraying amount of bacteria in the cooling water from antisuction handpiece decreased significantly than that from the normal ones (P<0.05),the amount of bacteria in the cooling water decreased with time for both kinds of handpieces. The amount of bacteria in the DUWLs connecting antisuction handpiece decreased significantly than the one connecting normal handpiece (P<0 05). CONCLUSIONS The antisuction handpiece not only reduces the cross-infection from bacteria retracting into handpiece but also prevents the contamination in the DUWLs effectively. It is necessary of 20 second-rotation after every clinical treatment for preventing cross-infection for two kinds of handpieces.
