摘要
本文针对监测网的特点,提出一种新的二类优化设计方法,其优点是可以利用前期观测中得来的信息和见识来设计或修正随后一期或多期的观测方案。
Considering the characteristics of nonitoring network,this paper presents a new approach of second-order optimal design method.Its advantage is that information and knowledge from previous observations can be used to design or correct the present or subsequent observation schemes.
