摘要
本文探讨了同时顾及灵敏度、精度和可靠性准则的变形监测网二类优化设计方法，将变形监测网的二类优化设计归结为一个线性规划问题，最后通过对一个地壳形变监测网观测方案的设计说明了监测网二类优化设计的一般方法。

This paper deals with the problem of 2nd-order optimal design of deformation monitoring network by taking into account the criteria of sensitivity, precision and reliability, thereby reducing this problem to the one of linear programming. The general method of 2nd-order optimal design of deformation monitoring network is illus trated by the design of the observation scheme of a crustal deformation monitoring network.
