中药复方脑还丹对Aβ诱导的大脑皮质和海马神经元损害的保护作用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :探讨中药复方脑还丹对Aβ诱导的大脑皮质和海马神经元损害的作用。方法 :采用MTT法及NSE免疫组化方法观察脑还丹药物血清对经Aβ2 5 35处理的原代培养的新生大鼠大脑皮质和海马神经元的影响。结果 :体外培养的新生大鼠大脑皮质和海马神经元经Aβ 2 5 35处理后 ,活细胞数减少 ,而脑还丹含药血清能够促进神经元的存活率以及促进神经元的生长发育 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :中药复方脑还丹能够减轻Aβ对大脑皮质和海马神经元的毒性作用。 Using thiazolyl blue colorimetry(MTT) and NSE immunohistochemistry staining to observe the effect of Naohuandan on the impairment induced by beta-amyloid protein(A β)of primary cultured cortial and hippocampal neurons,we found that when treated with A β,some neurons dead,As compared with those、with non-drug containing serum,Naohuandan containing serum treament could promote the survival,the growth and the development of neurons.The results indicated that Naohuandan could reduce the neurotoxin of A β to cortial and hippocampal neurons.
