摘要
以铝酸镧 (0 0 1)单晶为基片 ,采用两步法在两种密封条件下制备 Tl2 Ba2 Ca Cu2 Ox(Tl- 2 2 12 )高温超导薄膜。首先利用脉冲激光沉积 (PL D)工艺沉积非晶 Ba2 Ca Cu2 Ox 前驱体薄膜 ;然后前驱体薄膜分别在半密封的氧化铝坩埚和密封的高温钢容器内铊化、结晶形成 Tl- 2 2 12薄膜。在两种密封条件下 ,都可以制备出纯相的 Tl- 2 2 12超导薄膜。但是 ,在坩埚内制备的 Tl- 2 2 12薄膜的 TCo和
Tl 2Ba 2CaCu 2O 8 (Tl-2212) thin films were fabricated on (001) LaAlO 3 substrates by a two-step technique in a semi-closed aluminate crucible and a sealed steel container, respectively. First, the amorphous precursor films wer deposited by the pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method, and then they were thalliated in two different containers. Almost pure phase Tl-2212 thin films can be prepared in both of the containers. However, the quality of the as-annealed films thalliated in crucible is better than that of the films prepared in the steel container.
