摘要
研究发现葡萄糖与浓硫酸在一定条件下反应生成的产物可与 1-萘酚反应生成有色物质。在 5 70nm处有最大吸收 ,其吸光度与葡萄糖的浓度在一定的范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限可达 10ppm ,本法可适用于测定木糖醇中的还原糖含量。
A spectrophotometric method for determination of glucose was developed based on measurement of color product formed by reaction of production of glucose with sulfuric acid with 1_Naphthol. The absorbance is proportional to concentration of glucose with detection limit of 10ppm at wa_velength of 570nm. The method was applied to determination of glucose in Xylitol
