摘要
在经济全球化加速发展的今天,澜沧江——湄公河次区域必须建立起能够适应次区域国家经济发展多层次、多样性的不平衡状态,最大限度地体现次区域各国利益和要求的开放、透明并具有竞争力的经济合作机制,创造次区域经济合作的便利条件,不断提升次区域国家在经济全球化进程中的地位和作用。
With the rapid development of economic globalization today, open transparent competitive economic cooperate mechanism must be set up in the area of Langchang river -Meigong river to fit for the unbalance of the countries'mutlilevels and diversity of economic development to reflect each country's benefit and requirements as many as possible. This can create a convenient conditions for economic cooperate in the area to raise the countries' position in the course of economic globalization.
