摘要
在阐述世界区域经济集团化发展和新疆面临的中亚国家次区域经济集团化压力的基础上,分析了新疆参与中亚次区域经济集团的有利条件,提出了新疆可采取的三种模式即“增长三角”模式、“跨国经济合作开发区”模式和“边境自由贸易区”模式,最后提出了新疆参与中亚次区域经济集团的对策建议。
This paper gives a brief account of macro regional background about the participation of Xin-jiang in Middle-Asia Sub-regional Economic Bloc, dissects the bases and conditions of economic cooperation between Xin-jiang and middle-Asia countries, and puts forward three models and countermeasures which Xin-jiang should adopt.
