摘要
首次研究采用多弧离子渗镀技术在镍基GH220基材上渗镀抗氧化、耐腐蚀的CoCrAlYTa涂层。分析了工艺参数对涂层成分、组织结构和沉积速率的影响。选定了最佳工艺参数。得到了有扩散层,又是等轴晶组织的MCrAlY涂层。该涂层具有优良的抗氧化性能。
The technique, multi-arc ion plating and diffusion, was first tried out on the GH220 superalloy so that the high temperature corrosion and oxidation protective CoCrAlYTa coating was formed on the substrate. The effects of technical parameters on the composition, microstructure and deposition rate of the coating were analyzed. Optimum parameters were chosen, the MCrAlY coating with a diffusion layer and equiaxial microstructure was obtained. The oxidation-resistant performance of the coating was excellent.
